  I was placing a 12-inch order for my neighbor yesterday, who frequents this location, while he was on the phone providing details. To avoid holding up the line, I allowed another customer to go ahead of me. While that customer was being assisted, another employee came from the back to take my order. As I was listening carefully to my neighbor to ensure the order was correct, the employee made a sarcastic remark in another language to her colleague, who then laughed. I found this behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. When I calmly asked her to repeat what she had said, she ignored me. In my professional experience working in government, we are required to complete ongoing training focused on respect, inclusivity, and treating all cultures with dignity. I expect the same level of professionalism in customer service settings. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Additionally, I would like to note that the tuna was excessively salty, which further impacted my overall experience.

  my family and I have been coming here once a week every week for a couple of years now, and every time it has been a nice experience. both the food and service is of high quality, and the workers there always treat us with kindness and respect. if you ever feel the need for a subway sandwich nearby, this location is the one to choose.
