  Ordered from this location the first time today 3/29/26 (Palm Sunday)... through Grub Hub. Tried to call store with question about my order and customer service was horrible...very unprofessional...hard time getting anyone to answer the phone...and when the young lady FINALLY did answer...she sounded rude...and just said Pizza Hut then put me immediately on hold and NEVER came back to the phone. I eventually hung up. Then when my order arrived the pizza and pasta was cold...dry...and the pizza was cut up very carelessly and disrespectfully STILL boxed and sent in the delivery to me with the slices all mangled and chopped up. (See exhibit A photo attached 👇🏾) I also ordered my pizza to be a pan pizza crust (which they charge extra for...also ridiculous 🤦🏾‍♀️😒) and they sent me a regular crust instead. And the pizza was not even good... Definitely getting my FULL refund from Grub Hub on this order...and will NOT be ordering from this location EVER again. 👎🏾😠 This is absolutely unacceptable and explains why they only have a 2 start rating. But I unfortunately didn't see that until AFTER the fact when I came back here to leave my review. Smh 🙄 Do Better Pizza Hut! Way Better! 🤷🏾‍♀️

  Morale is down at this location. The service and food doesn’t even meet mediocre standards. Doug hates his job, and people. Stacy would rather smoke cigarettes than to solve a customer’s issue. The answer to everything this is “I don’t know”. There is a lack of training in customer service at this location.

  I came to pick up door dash and the lobby was full of people. It felt like the A/C didn’t work. And the manager there was moving extremely slow and not answering the customers are picking up the phone she just let it ring and that’s not professional. It shouldn’t be one person in the store.
