  The ladies working today (4/18/26 at 8:50a) were extremely polite and professional. I placed an online order for a spinach soufflé but when i arrived, they didn’t have it. My order was replaced and I was offered a pastry for the inconvenience. I was impressed by their customer service (particularly caucasian female, blonde hair, short stature) and was thankful.

  Coffee people! Please please please keep up with the coffee demand:( the popular coffees are out, been out for a while and the remaining coffees are cold up to the point that people are lining up to microwave:(

  Effie the store manager is the best. She was so courteous. Online my expiration date wasn't taking. But she helped me with my order. She has such a pleasant attitude. I just moved in the area. I had a bad experience when I first went there. Poor food, Slow line and manger had an natt attitude.its been some time thought that I would give it another try. Because Panera food is always good. Thank God that manager was no longer there. Because the food was hot and fresh. Nice attitudes by Effie and her employees. I will recommend this store and go back......

  I spoke with Manager Brittany about my order from yesterday that was incorrect. The Manager was very pleasant, she showed amazing customer service. She went the extra mile by remaking my order herself. In up sale a drink the strawberry lemonade, Omg!definitely coming back

  This is the worst Panera Bread location I’ve ever been to. They repeatedly get orders completely wrong. There is a long drive thru wait no matter what time you go. My order has been wrong 3 separate times in the last month. I would not recommend this location AT ALL.
