This is the second time I did a mobile order like 20 or 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait another 15/20 minutes when I got to the store, because no one actually pays attention to the mobile orders until you arrive and tell them you have one. It was about 8:30pm on Tuesday evening. No less than 7 or 8 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Wait, Im sorry, the one who I think may have been a supervisor was leaned over on a table near the drive-thru wending on her cell phone. To top it all off, the food was still not hot or fresh when I finally received it. No wonder the stock has dropped to $8. Poor service, Poor management, Poor quality control. They'll be gone in the next decade.
