    Went through the drive through and they said they were not accepting orders of 3 or more items, only 2 or less. Girl on the headset was very rude, there were 0 other people in the drive through, and no explanation. Seems like pure laziness. Horrible service.

    This Wendy's SUCKS!!! This is the second time I did a mobile order like 20 or 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait another 15/20 minutes when I got to the store, because no one actually pays attention to the mobile orders until you arrive and tell them you have one. It was about 8:30pm on Tuesday evening. No less than 7 or 8 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Wait, Im sorry, the one who I think may have been a supervisor was leaned over on a table near the drive-thru wending on her cell phone. To top it all off, the food was still not hot or fresh when I finally received it. No wonder the stock has dropped to $8. Poor service, Poor management, Poor quality control. They'll be gone in the next decade.

    Tried to order through the drive through but they had AI failing at taking my simple order. Then an actual person mumbled over the intercom and when I asked them to repeat themselves I was met with silence. Even the guy sitting in the first window appeared to be lifeless as I drove away.

    It’s very annoying and very inconvenient when you have to get all the way home to realize that your sandwich is old not only is it old. You only have one piece of bacon on a seven dollar sandwich/meal deal that you paid for just to be told oh just bring it back we will remake it, but that’s not as easy when people don’t have reliable transportation. It hurts my feelings every time I give this Wendy’s another chance they show me why I stopped coming there. Oh, and let’s not forget I added three signature sauces and only got two of my sauces. Yet we can sit at the counter and allow somebody to whisper in our ear and laugh and flirt, but we can’t count out three sauces to put in a bag.
