We enjoy many other Taco Bell locations around town and on vacation. This is the worst! Tonight we were in the area and decided to give them another chance after years of staying away. We had trouble with our order, they didn’t give us any napkins, and the food was lukewarm right after receiving it. It was a rainy day, and there weren’t any other customers. Why was the food already cold? I was afraid it hadn’t been cooked enough or had been sitting out. Because we didn’t want to get sick, we ended up throwing it in the trash. Hopefully Taco Bell will send someone to trim the workers in this store.

The food was luke warm and they charge us almost $5.00 for two small cups of water. When we asked if we could get a refund for the water because it is normally free at all the other Tacobell’s I go to, they said they wont give a refund. Very disappointed in the service.

I ordered my food at 9:50pm for pickup and didn’t get my food until 10:40, once I got home I realized my food was burned on both sides! I made my way back and got there at 11pm in which they proceeded to tell me the store was closed, mind you the store closes at 12am.
