- TBTawa BNov 3, 20251.0I did an order online with the bogo deal for pickup. It allowed me to use the coupon online for the location at 11135 tara blvd. I sat at the location for 25 minutes. They stated they did not receive an order. I showed him my online receipt with confirmation. The employee stated I had to do it again. I looked at my emails and my order was cancelled/voided. After I told him what I ordered Mgr stated that they do not participate in the coupon. I asked why was I able to use coupon online sitting in the parking lot. His solution for me was to Next time call the location. This is very unprofessional and wasted time. I will never go to subway again.

The store was really clean and well maintained, the services were really good.
