I ended up buying the what was supposed to be free. I had promised my 8 year granddaughter I was bringing her the pizza. This was my first time attempting to redeem something.

I decided to go in person at 12:53 and explained to the young man at the counter that I was still on hold and just wanted to know if my pizza was ready. He didn’t acknowledge the situation he just looked at me and asked, “So what’s your name?” No apology, no courtesy. I gave him my name, and he brought out the pizza. It was white, hot, and clearly undercooked. I even overheard someone say, “It’s not done yet,” but they still handed it to me. This was my first time ordering from this location and it’ll be my last.
