Unfortunately they operate the exact same way as their fast food neighbors (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Zaxbys). What do I mean? 1. Employees who dont pay attention when taking an order. 2. Employees who really dont want to work there....just there for a paycheck. 3. Wrong orders 4. No quality check - Avocado toast brought to the drive thru window with no avocado on it and wilted arugula. 5. Slow drive thru lines 6. Premium pricing for food orders that are just slapped together. 7. Too many kids hired - kids are imature and dont pay attention to details. Bottom line....if you go to this location I strongly advise you to check your order before you leave.
