As a property manager I would love to have her on my team as patience, upbeat, genuinely helpful and being knowledgeable are top tier and wanted in my line of work. Her coffee suggestion won me over and she seemed so delighted to help me find a new favorite coffee combo. Establishment was and is always clean, staff are always pleasant but today Jael really was that girl! I recognized her greeting from an order I made two weeks ago while in the drive through but today I was finally able to put a face to the upbeat employee. Coffee was excellent, donuts weren’t stale and Ms.Jael is whom I hope to get every time I come in. I hope she reads this. Ma’am you were such a delight, it’s rare I get great customer service since being stationed here in GA.
