  The employees are so rude at this location. They hand out your food at the pick up window and don’t say anything to you. I hope upper management is seeing these reviews because obviously the store manager doesn’t care that their employees are rude and disrespectful!

  Food is good and they give you plenty of it in the bowls. Kids meal is an outstanding option for those on a budget.

  Ordered on the app and picked up the food in the drive-thru. Order was ready on time and correct. The food was excellent!

  When this location first opened in our area, I was genuinely excited to welcome a new restaurant to the community. I began patronizing it frequently because of the flavor of the food and what initially seemed like fair portion sizes for the price. However, over the past month, both the quality of the food and the level of customer service have declined significantly. On my most recent visit, I purchased a couple of bowls of which 1 with double meat totaling approximately $30, only to receive a portion so small I could literally count the pieces of meat. This is completely unacceptable. Charging premium prices while providing such minimal portions is misleading and disrespectful to customers. It is disappointing to see a business come into our community, take our money, and fail to deliver the value that was originally promised. I did file a complaint and provided photo evidence of the issue. While I was offered a coupon for a future visit, that does not excuse the ongoing problem. Customers should not have to complain just to receive what they already paid for. I strongly encourage others who have had similar experiences to speak up and file complaints. Businesses need to understand that overcharging for inadequate portions will not be tolerated. Customers are the reason any restaurant stays in business, and that should never be overlooked. As for me, I will not continue to spend my money where I feel taken advantage of.

  I don't know if there was a overall change in management and the employees but there is a difference in quality of food and cleanliness, I ordered the chicken bowl with brown rice, the rice was undercooked and I received kids portion of everything else, I'm like do I look like a kid, prices go up but quality and quantity go down, and they need to check stock on the utensils, only a few of each when I was there🤦
