My kid did say the chicken was salty and I see why and if my kid notice it them yeah it's a problem...I will stick to the salads or not consume their food anymore....We really need to watch these fast food companies. I had the number 5 breakfast with hash brown and sweet tea

I purchased a southwest salad last night, got home started enjoying my salad and I see this huge bug on a piece of chicken. I was ultimately disgusted!! The store had closed so I had to wait u til the next morning to take it back. When I took the salad back manager Erin serviced me, she said she didn’t see the bug. I took the bug out with the fork, she then looked at me confused, no apology. Manager Erin’s response was what did I want them to do issue a refund or another salad? I said to be refunded. She said she had to ask the general manager Harry who immediately looked and said give a refund. She came back and refunded me in the most nonchalant way. I will gladly drive to McDonough in the worst traffic ever for my favorite meal from Chik-Fil-A. Mistakes happen I get it, but it how you handle the situation. Customer service 101….Manager Erin should have apologized and maybe offered me a breakfast meal.
