  We visited this Wendy's on April 11th. This particular fast food restaurant sucks when it comes to customer service. Every employees attitude sucks towards customers. They had an attitude when we stood there for 10 minutes waiting to put our orders in and when I finally asked if someone was working the counter, the manager turned around and told me to use the kiosk, when I informed her that I would prefer to deal with a human seeing that that's what they get paid to do she informed me that I would just have to wait and deal with it, at which point we turned around and took our kids to Zaxbys where we had great service. Wendy's became entitled and the attitude they use in front of children is completely disgraceful. We have been to this location many times before but I promise we will not be returning, EVER!

  Only car in the drive thru, cashier had me pull forward to wait on a single combo. Food was trash, burger was thrown together in a wrapper un-edible . Fries were ice cold and hard and disgusting. Having to wait and pay $13 bucks for a meal that a dog wouldn’t eat is ridiculous, the visit was horrible.

  Great customer service. Went with my family to eat dinner and they were very polite, this is our favorite place to eat in hahira and we always go because food is hot and delicious and the place is always clean.
