I placed the order through the Subway web app. The driver delivered late, because the chips were missing from the order. Once the order arrived, with more than 20 minutes of delay, one sub was missing. I called the store, and they claimed that they couldn’t do anything, neither giving me a refund nor delivering another sub: I had to go to the store. So I drove there, making it pointless to order a delivery, and asked to make it right: they just gave me my sub, and then I asked to refund me the delivery fee, as I had to drive to the store. The employee called the manager over the phone, and they were unmovable that the complaint had to go through DoorDash, and I kept repeating that I placed the order through Subway, not DoorDash, as I don’t even have the DoorDash app.
After 10 minutes of discussion, taking me nowhere, acknowledging with the manager my very bad customer experience, I left the shop, without a refund. Really bad attitude, even if I gave plenty of opportunity to make it right!
The manager was rude, the food is ok (Typical Subway, nothing special), but between the employees and the manager not willing to do anything to satisfy a customer (I asked to have the refund of the delivery, as I had to drive there because of their mistake!). Bad bad experience.
To make it worse, I contacted the customer care: they closed the claim without even contacting me. I opened another one, complaining the lack of communication nor listening, and they closed it again, not even contacting me.
Stay away: you can find much better service from other fast-food in the area: they are much more friendly and courteous.

Went in an hour and a half after they opened, the toaster wasn't heated up. We waited 20 mins for our food. The person at the counter took all our orders at the same time even though we said we were ordering separately and then asked again later. They had earbuds in and were clearly on a call. They then waited until everyone's orders were finished before checking out, causing us to line up even tho the drink fridge is incredibly close to the check out counter.

The food was terrible. The bread was extremely dry and hard. Then, one of my sandwiches had a piece of hair in it. Not to mention, they just threw the ingredients on the bread.

The male worker in there was wiping snot on his hand, putting in hands down his waistband, and running his hands through his hair. Then grabs the gloves to start making our sandwich without washing his hands.
