  Probably the worst taco bell location in the CSRA. They're stingy with their portions, there's hardly anything in the tacos or whatever item you order. Expect to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru no matter what time you go even if there's only five cars in line.

  On two separate occasions, I waited over an hour for my food that was already paid for. The service is absolutely ridiculous as far as speed goes. I am honestly quite embarrassed for the management and staff for allowing it to be this terrible.

  Spent 20 minutes in the lobby waiting to order. Didn't have a single staff member speak to me until I left and went to the drive through

  This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Every time I have gotten food from here I have had to wait forever. It doesn’t matter if I go to the store or order delivery it’s terrible. I have been waiting for over an hour and half for my order. The dasher has been there for almost 45min waiting on my order! This is ridiculous! Corporate needs to do something about this now!

  I guess its the way of the world these days. There was no customer service when I walked through the doors. Not a soul in sight to greet you or say anything for that matter. I had to order my own food. Taco bell should go straight drive thru only if this is the new way. The food like everything else is over priced and I had to do majority of the work. At least a little customer service would be nice. They even see you standing there and dont say a word. You might need help but they would never know. This review means nothing but hey at least its there.
