  How is it possible to ruin a grilled cheese? The outside is unsuspecting… But majority of the inside is burnt to a crisp. I wish i was making this up.

  My server was wonderful! Very sweet and respectful! Food wasn't bad either, I would go back.

  Zack is a horrible manager my dasher waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks! Upon calling to see why my times kept changing he had no answer and simply hung up on me! Poor management I understand you have bad feet but a bad attitude to go along with it doesn’t represent what Sonic stands for to my dasher I apologize I can only imagine how many calls you lost while waiting over 30 minutes there an by then the drinks were not even drinks ice cream melted and no apology just simply hung up the phone. Sonic in Grovetown your service is going downhill!

  I have yet to have a bad experience at this sonic location. Eric just served me and my family at the drive through and was patient and helpful with my order! Wonderful customer service experience every time I’m here thank you all who run this sonic!

  First time trying Sonic just two simple burgers we bought. To be specific we bought the Triple sonic smash. Burgers have a weird look, one of them only has a single smashed meat and 2 very tiny, like literally tiny meat, we notice the difference since the other one was normal. The packages look dirty, dirty like a mad employee step in to it and throw it at the floor lol 🥴 I will Never buy from sonic again. There are a lot of good options out there. Not giving q second chance 🥴
