- TJTaniah JacksonJan 28, 20261.0They served me sour tomatoes I ate three Doritos locos taco it tasted sour but I thought it was the fire sauce I saved my chalupa until later when I got it and took a bite it was sour I ate that without fire sauce and like the mangers stated I’m the one who put in a Application and they wrote down my information but they customer service is terrible I recorded this lady the entire time and she was very rude she told me she can only refund me from what I didn’t eat so she gave me 6 dollars for the chalupa that I ate off of make no sense and I’m at the hospital now for food poisoning she also told my mom I was rude to her but never knew I recorded after she started getting slick at the mouth

I’ve been standing in the lobby for going on 10 minutes waiting for my correct order, and no one has even acknowledged me. If you’re out of items, that should be communicated at the speaker or at least when the customer comes inside—not after the order is messed up. The lack of basic customer service here is really frustrating. Definitely needs improvement.
