This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store and they have immediately marked it delivered even though it isn’t. I asked her why my order was showing that it had already been delivered. she stated that it was because of the rain and that she tells them to mark it as delivered and didn’t see what the big deal it was Its way I told her because we use the app to track where it’s at. IShe was so nasty and dismissive that I asked her who was the store manager. She said she couldn’t give me the name. I asked her who was the area or district manager, she said she couldn’t give me the name. I asked her were they a franchise she said she couldn’t tell me. I’ve already reached out to the online complaint and will be calling corporate and I will continue until Miss Kaitlyn learns what Customer Service is I truly feel bad for anybody that works with this girl. She is horrible and very nasty. Update: I wanted to update that I was able to talk with the store manager and I truly feel she heard me. I am very happy with our conversation and her understanding. I could not leave the one star as she did listen, apologize and will work to rectify the issue.

The atmosphere was lovely. When I walked in. I felt a love greet from the young gentleman named Chris. This was a great Pizza Hut. I would recommend for anybody to eat at.
