  We have ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times over several years. I think today is finally the day where I felt compelled to leave this review when my food was an hour late. And not only was an hour late, it was marked as delivered on time while still not at my door. The service is atrocious and when you call, they will always say “the driver is on the way, but is delivering multiple orders and will take time to get there.” If the delivery time is 5:30, my order should not be arriving at 6:30. If you are an individual who is tired , hungry and wants food at your door when you get home, this is not the place to order from.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional from start to finish. On January 2, my delivery order was wrong and clearly mishandled. When I called the store, the manager was rude, dismissive, and acted like fixing their mistake was an inconvenience. The only reason this didn’t end there was because the female delivery driver actually did her job. She called me from the store, came back with the missing pizza and receipt, apologized, and flat out said the situation should not have been handled that way. After returning to the store, she called me again and issued a $40 credit. On January 5, I went to the store to address the issue and realized the same rude person was the general manager. She refused to provide corporate contact information, which already says a lot. The area manager was present, and I complained directly to him. Later that night, when my wife tried to use the credit, we were overcharged. When we went back, the general manager questioned why we were using the credit, denied working on January 2, and then claimed she “didn’t feel comfortable serving us.” We left calmly without any scene, yet she followed us outside with her phone as if she was recording us. Then, two hours later, police showed up at my home and issued a no-trespass order against me even though there was no confrontation, no threats, and no wrongdoing on my part. Calling the police on a customer after your own staff admitted mishandling the situation is beyond ridiculous. This was a complete abuse of authority, wildly unprofessional, and honestly alarming. I will never return to this location, and I strongly warn others to do the same until corporate seriously addresses how this store is being run.

  It seems pizza hut has changed their recipes around. The bread takes like cardboard now, used to have a better texture. Hopefully y'all change it back cause this ain't it. Never had customer service issues here, employees are great!

  I had the privilege of speaking with Tyti at the Pizza Hut location in Grovetown and I must say she was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. Not only was she very professional but she handled my situation and completed my order with so much grace and efficiency. I hope every time I call this establishment she is the person I get to speak with. I would highly encourage management to look more into Tyti quality and character, if she is not already I would definitely recommend for management. Thank you Tyti for being incredible at what you do, excellent customer service and for keeping my kids calm until dinner arrives.

  Went to pick up my pizzas tonight and dealt with the rudest, most unprofessional manager I have ever met in my life. When dealing with the public, it’s important to provide good customer service. Berating employees in front of customers is unacceptable. This is not our first time dealing with Tatiana but it will be the last time I ignore her behavior. I don’t understand why Pizza Hut would want someone like her representing their company. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate.
