I assumed they were busy when I was sitting at the drive-thru for a minute, I decided to pull around at the thought of the speaker not working however they were seriously just that busy tonight. They let me order at the window and the service was still very considerate and kind. My meal came out not too long after and it was still hot and fresh by the time I got home. This location is always a hit and never a miss, at least for me personally!

Common thing in Panera I hear people seem to be stealing the cups. You ever think maybe people just not putting in their sip club orders? Over the years I've heard several locations already figured this one out. If I order a cup I expect it to be where I can get it not staring at me with the order receipt all the way in the kitchen infront of me with nobody around to give me it. It's a cup man. If that's too much to put out normal you need new management with better business and financial knowledge. This doesn't look good. Nice people just poorly run. Why are you the only panera that don't have cane syrup for people's drinks? Covids over stop with the excuses already. Businesses got too comfortable with this and everyone's sick of hearing them. Do right and maybe yall will do better. A lot of worse of areas that can. There's no excuses here.
