The meat was lukewarm but as you can see the bread was not toasted at all straight out the pack. The cheese wasn't even melted. This made the sandwich cold and unedible. Now the coffee was pretty good.

For the last few months, whenever I've gotten an Americano at this location, it's been blatantly weak. I mean, I can tell it will be as soon as it's being handed to me - it looks like iced tea - but nobody working a drivethru window at a coffee shop for peanuts wants to hear, "This doesn't have enough coffee in it," so I just deal with it and hope that the next one is correct. But at this location, it never is. Other locations don't have this issue.
