  I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin’. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, they spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all. Customer service should always come first, especially from someone in a management position.

  Ummm Dunkin really needs to just stick to coffee and donuts because this is jail food!! Under cooked hash browns and they was cold the “wrap” was cold in the middle. So that’s lets me know they aren’t taking the time to warm them up properly, it’s a mess and it disgusting. Never again!

  have been to this location 3 times over the last year and have gotten a refresher each time. There has been an overwhelming taste of mold each time, today being the worst. Disgusting and shows the cleanliness of the store is obviously not a priority.

  I placed a mobile order with just three items today. I went around to the drive thru to receive it and she only gave me two of those items. So i went back around to get my missing item. They gave me a bag and i actually looked in it this time, it was some random egg bite stuff. So i reversed and i was like this is not what i ordered yet again. They finally gave me what i ordered originally. But like, is it really that hard to fulfill a small order? It wasn’t even like they misheard me, it was all on the ticket if they just read it. Their attitude and customer service is just awful too. Like get a grip.
