- CGCareathia Grubbs1 day ago1.0Spoke with staff concerning the drink quality. Both coke and sprite were flat,more sweet than carbonation. Staff spoke with the manager on duty, Gerris(not sure how it’s spelled) who tasted the drink at the counter and was like “it’s alright”. So forget the paying customers. The staff was even telling him something was off with the drinks. The girls finally gave us drinks from the drive thru which were perfect. It was another manager(white guy) who was sitting in the back(on a laptop)James I think. I really didn’t pay attention to his name but I informed him that he may want to tell his manager to listen to his paying customers. James pretty much told me he trusted his staff judgement. And I trust my hard earned money and where I choose to dispurse it. Customer service has gone to the pits! Never again will we visit this location. I see why Augusta is called Disgusta!

Whoever is packaging the orders at chic fil a needs to pay better attention to detail for the delivery orders. There’s no reason that I should have to call Door dash to get a refund or have to send the driver back to get the order fixed. Chic fil a needs to take accountability and if a delivery order is incorrect or missing something and should deliver it themselves to fix the problem. Chic fil a has a horrible policy with 3rd party and needs to take accountability for their own mistakes. Also if you gave the option for you to deliver it I would have used it. Step it up and do better

Too many times have I been getting coffee recently and it tastes burnt. There might not be anything better than a Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich and a coffee but if that coffee ain’t on point, it ruins the whole experience.
