He ALWAYS has a smile on his face and interacts with me. You don't get service like this anymore and anytime I am having a bad day, his positive attitude brightens my day!

I saw two blue collar men walk in, order, wait 25 mins, and then ask for refunds before returning for work because their break ran out. They prioritize the drive through even if people in the lobby have been waiting for half a hour

Waited approximately 15 minutes MORE and our order was incomplete, so we had to wait on fries. Food trays were empty and nothing seemed to be available to serve the customer. No apology for the long wait or incomplete order. We will not be returning to this location.
