  Lai, kaneisha & Marbella made my order correct! Deserves a raise if u ask me ! My food tasted 10x better and was fresh after last shift messed my order up they is the best

  I NEVER get Au Jus with my French Dip when I order delivery. So frustrating! It's not hard!

  This store is an absolute joke!!! They have no idea what they are doing, they can't get an order right if they tried, they are great at giving you what you didn't order then arguing with you that they gave you the right thing. Save your time, money and nerves and just go to KFC or Culver's next door. This place literally just has warm bodies that show up to collect a paycheck but not perform any kind of job! Hopefully they shut it down and open a place you can actually get service and what you ordered. I've had more than a few horrible experiences here. The girl running around with the napkin on the side of her head (if you have been to this location you know exactly who I'm speaking of) has the nastiest attitude and should not be dealing with the public. EVERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HAS HAD A COMMON FACTOR AND ITS NAPKIN HEAD. ARBYS SHOULD SERIOUSLY LOOK INTO GETTING RID OF HER.
