- PPPayton PeekApr 5, 20261.0The customer service is absolutely terrible. The lady taking my boyfriend and I’s order (April 5, 2026 at 8:15pm. Cashier name: Talaisha W (this might not have been the girl who took our order because one girl was taking orders while the other handled payments, but whoever was taking the orders needs an attitude adjustment PRONTO) was extremely rude and impatient from the start. As we started our 2nd order, she became extremely frustrated and proceeded to interrupt and yell at us about what drink and sauces we wanted while we were still ordering and changing the meal. We were being rushed and yelled at, so we quickly stated the drink and sauces and when we went to complete the rest of our order, she yelled and cut us off telling us the price and to pull up. We never got to finish our order. To add on to that, the food was completely wrong. We didn’t want to escalate the situation by saying something especially because they’re making our food but we left that drive thru completely appalled by her behavior. This is not the first time we have experienced this type of customer service but this specific situation was absolutely not okay. The individuals who take the orders are extremely rude, impatient, and half of the orders come out wrong. We will not be coming back to this Taco Bell location until they learn how to treat people properly. If your planning on getting food from this location, expect to be rushed and dehumanized by the person taking your order at the drive thru.
