  REAL STINGY ON THE TOPPINGS!!! This place is ridiculous, I had to ask for extra onions THREE times. Now I understand some may not be big on the wonderful white ground bulb, but if I ask for onions I clearly enjoy onions. It's a very simple concept. The workers on the other hand, do not seem to understand that as they place a measly 5 singular onion slices on my sandwich. But if I request for some ranch I am given it in spades? Absoluelty abhorred. And to top it all off my sandwich was an inch shy of a footlong. This subway is "below mid" as the children say. I will be taking my money to the wonderful south hill street subway instead.

  I normally really like this subway because it's close to my husband's work and our home. They are usually really good and fast and make no mistakes. Since the Covid is here I have been ordering though the app because it's easier. Every time I have ordered they have gotten my order completely wrong....I ask for toasted and even make sure the button is pushed in the app. (Also it says toasted on the receipt) so normally it wouldn't be a big deal EXCEPT this time when I picked up my order of 3 sandwiches not a single one was toasted (but I expected it) the sandwiches were not what I ordered despite having the receipt with my name on it AND ALL INGREDIENTS LISTED. My kids sandwich was probably the closest to right, maybe because it was the simplest? Simple Ham and cheese with lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. If had no cheese and olives on it. Mine and my husband's was both wrong as well. Missing half the ingredients or having them jumbled between the two sandwiches. I've very disappointed in the way this subway is doing. Also wouldn't answer my call when I call to let them know.

  The people are nice and the service is good. I like their sandwiches.
