  30 min after order and still no food. No one comes out and let's you know what's going on. Edit: finally got our food at 38 minutes after order. They were missing our tots and said they would bring it out. Well it's 15 minutes and still no tots. I asked a lady bringing others food and asked about them and she said it was still cooking. I said it's been over 15 min and she rudely just said I know.

  I love the Fayetteville Ga Sonic! It's lively and clean! Also, the associates are awesome and they NEVER get my order wrong! French toast sticks are my favorite!

  Please read my whole comment.Don’t ever order from Sonic through Door Dash. Sonic employee was so rude to my door dasher. I had 3 drinks only got 2, the dasher tried to tell the Sonic employee it was 3 and she argued him down it was only 2. Unfortunately Door Dash keeps your money whenever there is missing items from your order. They responded back and said sorry it’s nothing they can do. Door Dash does this all the time. It happened to me on a McDonald’s order once. They left a whole order plus all my drinks off. I responded back to door dash and they never responded back. That was approximately $10 they kept of mine. It should be something we can do. Think about it, if they collect $10 from several customers they’re making a killing from stealing. Follow what I’m saying. Just had to get this off my shoulders. It doesn’t make any sense. Please figure out a way we can get reimbursed from these stores that are deliberately taking our money and door dash is all fit.

  Our order was wrong. I didn't want cheese on my burger.( I can't eat cheese)The lady came back to our car and said she'd replace it. When she came back she was in tears due to the way the cook's talked to her. She had our receipt and showed them but they were still mean to her. We felt really bad that she got treated that way. Really sad 😢 not sure when or if we will revisit that Sonic
