    The management is awful but not as awful as the one who's cooking. Every time I have gotten my order from there it's either been given away to somebody else, incorrect, or it's disappeared.I have been told three different times that I have a complimentary meal waiting for when I can come get the complimentary meals. When I get up there the manager, Dylan, acts as if he's never spoken to me before.

    This place sucks, I had made a online order and got there asking if my order is ready and the lady said no for my name then like 20 minutes later a other lady that came off of break came and 10 more minutes later i asked her for my name if it was ready and she said yeah and gave it to me witch i had to wait a whole 30 minutes and the workers not calling out my name for my order, and later when i got home and checked my food they had forgot my corn when i payed for it on the receipt, dont go this place its the worst.

    Take forever and have legit two people on shift. You can’t get anything done on time with just two people, especially with a rush. Not to mention they didn’t hardly have any cash in their drawer, which is something they should have kept an eye on instead of stopping mid rush to get cash for their drawers

    Ordered food arrived 10 minutes after should of been done, still not finished. Almost an hour after it said it should of been done. Estimated times on website are extremely unaccurate. Please fix this so that people don't waste time ordering online expecting the food to be ready or almost ready and having to waste time at the facility. The point of ordering food ahead of time is to minimize the time spent waiting at the facility because people have other things to do then wait almost an hour after estimated time.

    This was my first time visiting this Wingstop, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The wings were not fried as expected, they appeared broiled or cooked without any batter. When I returned because part of my order was missing, the food was still poorly prepared: the wings were undercooked and the fries were cold. On top of that, the attitude from the employees was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I spent $60 on this order, and it felt like a complete waste of money. With so many options available, I could have gone elsewhere and received much better food and service. Especially in today’s climate, where restaurants are struggling to stay open, customer service should be a top priority. I will not be returning to this location and will be leaving a Google review to share my experience. I already left feedback on the contact us page on wingstop.com ***UPDATE*** After my initial disappointing visit, I was contacted the next day by the General Manager, Charquavious Goodman. (my apologies if name spelled incorrectly) He offered a genuine apology and provided clarification regarding some of the food items I ordered. Most importantly, he took responsibility and worked to resolve the issue. I truly respect management that follows up and values customer feedback. Thank you for making it right.
