    We have always ordered from this Pizza Hut and have never had a problem until today. We got carry out like we always do and when we got him and opened our pizza we were disappointed. The edges weren’t completely golden brown, the bottom and half of the edges are still white, and it’s not fully cooked. Overall there’s more cheese and dough than any amount of sauce. We’re extremely disappointed and sad we waisted our money on a pizza for a stranger things night we were looking forward to .

    My experience here was extremely disappointing. I went in for a carry-out pizza, and the first one they gave me had no sauce at all—just cheese and dough. I brought it back, and they gave me a credit and made a new pizza. Unfortunately, the second pizza wasn’t fully cooked, so I asked them to put it back in the oven. They did, but clearly not long enough, because when I got home and took a bite, it was still undercooked. At this point, I ended up with two unusable pizzas and a lot of frustration. I would like a refund, but honestly I’m so irritated by the whole experience that I don’t even want to go back… and don’t get me started on the unprofessional customer service.
