If they ask you about sauces they usually never put it in the bag. Lastly I ordered a grinch meal but they gave me a normal meal instead. * 12/29/25 edit i literally was in the right lane of the drive through and they gave 3 cars the right a way which i waited 10+ minutes. I left angry as the woman didn’t bother to hear me or see me.*

I counted 17 people standing in the lobby and they all were waiting for their food They will look at you crazy and tell you to order off and kiosk that’s out of order and I explained to them how I customize my meal is not on the key also so I have to verbally tell them what do I want. I ordered my niece a happy meal and requested grinch salt. They told me that I had to buy a happy meal to get it and I told them that I just bought a happy meal and pointed at my niece and the cashier proceeded to tell me that I have to pay for the salt and I say OK and then another cashier said it’s not for sale.
