  This place is absolutely horrible, my brother went through the drive through today and ordered 4 burgers, got the the window and they said, “you had two cheese burgers, and he corrected them and she said oh yeah hear you go. He got all the way home and there were still only two cheeseburgers in there. I tried calling and there phone number isn’t even right. I have a baby and he was sick,so it’s not convenient to keep getting back out all because our food wasn’t right, we just wanted our food to be right for once. This is not the first time this McDonald has done this, I’m absolutely disappointed every time I go. But it’s the closest one to the house rather than having to go all the way across town.

  You work too hard to spend your money here. They will never get your order right?And they will always have a face of not wanting to be there. There was one time you can count on mcdonald's for having a decent hot meal with the change you have in your pocket. Now it would appear , they just want the change in your pocket.

  I only put one star because zero is not an option. I don’t know where to begin. This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life and I’ve been here multiple times trying to give them second chances third chances and I will never go back and it’s five minutes from my house. I’d rather drive 45 minutes to another McDonald’s then go to this one they are slow the most incompetent staff I’ve ever encountered and always mess up your order no matter what.

  Usually don’t have a problem with McDonalds, but when it comes to false advertisement and the lack of awareness from employees then it becomes an issue. I’m not sure why the kiosk knows the advertising price and why the employee at the drive thru does not with confidence. I’m aware McDonalds doesn’t do customer service but at least acknowledge the correct advertising prices for the customers.

  I rarely eat at McDonald’s anymore because I get the same repetitive mistakes when they make my burger. This restaurant has done it the last 2 times I have eaten here. The previous visit the manager questioned me because I went back a couple days later however this occasion I went back with the receipt and the incorrectly prepared burger and showed them. Even though it is the closest to my house I doubt I will be eating here again. Not worth the hassle.
