Tried to call to cancel 2 hours in when it was still in prep and was on hold for an 1- 1 1/2 hours when I finally gave up and just hung up. Their estimated time was 1 hour, not 3 almost 4 hours. Tried their support line for a refund and good luck because you don’t get a response on that either. Not a fan….

After waiting around 7 mins, I went back into the store. I stood there about another 10 mins, just waiting to see how long it would be before someone would acknowledge me. After standing there about 15 mins someone finally said, "I'm sorry, we thought your pizza was in the oven but it wasn't." I kindly walked out because I didn't want to say something I would have to repent for. This is the reason why I didn't pay online. This is also the reason why it's been so long since I've been to Domino's. The service is horrible. I ordered there because it was closer to where I was going. I'll continue to order from Marco's. The price is more expensive but you get what you pay for. Going the cheapest way is not always the best way. Marco's delivers every time. Thanks for nothing, Domino's!!!!
