- KDKimora Driver2 days ago1.0When the shop first opened it was good but the past couple months the drinks haven't been made correctly and there is no customer service. This drink is supposed to be the nitro high rise and it looks watered down and no foam on top. And it's not filled to the top - I didn't drink one sip, this is exactly how it looked when given. Another time I ordered four different drinks and they gave me 4 of the same drinks and they were watered down and no flavor, and again not filled any where near to the top. Don't even go it's a waste of time and money.

Let it be known though, closing early is not a great idea simply because this location has been home to many different businesses. You close at 6pm. See it through. My fav drink is matcha frappe with vanilla cold foam! Delicious!!!! Original post: Just got to the location at 5:50pm waited in line no one ever came to the window, got out and they were shutting everything down. I waited at the intercom for five minutes. Unacceptable service.

I ordered two of the same drink and I don’t believe I even got one drink that was what I ordered. This location really proved why Starbucks is still in business and why Caribou’s are fading away.

- CMChristy MillerNov 3, 20251.0I was super excited when I discovered you were opening here. I pass the Griffin location every morning in my hour commute to and from work. I worked at one in Charlotte NC as opener when in college. This is the worst by far ever. Customer service absolutely terrible. Inside refuses to acknowledge you , pull around look at you walk away at 430 or 5 pm. Inconsistent drink good one day bad the next. By far the customer sevice is the worst. Please get this store fixed. A lot people were really excited about this opening but the management appears to sit in chair and the entire family works here. Horrible.
