Anything else for you? Me: Yes, I'd like another scoop of (blank) in another cup. Employee: alright then. Anything else? Me: No that's it. I get to the window: total is $8+ (that's normal)..I have the girl scan my app and it drops to $4+. I'm handed my ice cream and I ask, are all 3 scoops in here? Employee: yes they are and Happy Birthday. I get home and there is only 2 cups with a scoop in each! That's not what I ordered! Reading these other reviews, y'all can't get the ice cream orders right. Mind you, they barely had any likeable flavors, so I already didn't get what I actually wanted. What I chose... Still didn't fully get it.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
