Wouldn’t know if this place was good or not, doing drive thru only and not letting folks come in. Do better McDonald’s, hire or schedule some employees and take care of your patrons. Covid is long since over.

RUDE! They forgot food after going through drive-thru and the lady said she thought we'd be a lot farther when we discovered the missing food. I know this is a fast food restaurant, but this was unacceptable behavior.

Gotcha all beat. Wife and I had 2nd child out of town and I ran to McDonald’s for quick bite. They messed up order bad but owner sent letter of apology and 3 meal vouchers. We took newborn home tired and stopped in local Greensboro ga McDonald’s and presented vouchers. No joke, manager accused me of making vouchers to get free meal. I showed the letter of apology and she said,” and, what this is”. Left and filed complaint for being accused of being the hamburgler with supposed fake vouchers trying to steal a damn hamburger and someone called me and said,” it’s not our fault you were treated that way. Our employees aren’t trained for vouchers”. I asked if they were trained not to accuse customers of a false crime instead of calling someone higher up and they hung up on me… couldn’t even make this up.
