  Devontae (I believe this is his name or something similar) went above and beyond, bringing orders out to drive thru so we did not have to wait for larger orders. He even parked car's so the rest of us wouldn't be stuck after receiving our order. This is definitely not usually my experience for this location.Hopefully he can train others to do the same. Way to go!

  The person who took our order was rude overall, we waited on our food for a very long time. We were there for dinner in, after the kids started getting fussy, we checked on our food and they had placed it in the mobile order spot so it was cold and then we didn’t even have half the order of what we needed. When we told them then we were missing items, he said oh ok, turned and walked off.

  This CFA can either be great or very subpar but tonight was a subpar night. I asked for an additional Hibiscus lemonade and they didnt add it and my wife ordered a cookie and they didnt put it in the bag and my wife Southwest salad had such a small amount it should have been a side salad. And the workers were obviously just ready to go, weren't helpful and very nonchalant. Hopefully next time it will be a great. But I was very dissatisfied tonight.

  Oh.My.Gosh! I am not sure what is happening to the Greensboro, GA store. The inside of the store was disgusting!!!! Dirty tables with crumbs, napkins, straws, condiments still on empty tables. The floors were dirty as well. It was 2:30 p.m. & they were not that busy. They had 6 people behind the counter working I assume drive through because there was only 1 register open. The young lady bringing the food to the tables pushed in a few chairs but never cleaned or cleared anything from the tables. The trash was overflowing & even the ladies bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper & paper towels on the floor & the soap dispenser was literally hanging on the wall by a thread. Truitt Cathy would be turning over in his grave!

  At this Chick-fil-A, on multiple occasions my order has been delayed or forgotten for 20–30 minutes at a time. Items have also been left out of my order when going through the drive-thru. I eat Chick-fil-A frequently and am a Signature member, so I visit just about every Chick-fil-A I’ve seen—and this is by far the worst one I’ve experienced. I’ve waited 30+ minutes for a simple cup of coffee, then actually reordered and paid online to see if I could get another one to come through faster. I never received either because I was already late to work. I’ve ordered food and watched it sit on the counter behind the lady taking orders for 15+ minutes before going back through the line just to ask if it was mine—and it was. Today I ordered a chocolate milkshake with my meal, ate my food, then went back through the line to order another one because I now needed two. I’ve been sitting here for 20+ minutes since ordering the second one (and reminding them about the first). I’ve never left a review on anything before, but this is ridiculous. Out of all the Chick-fil-A locations, this is the one where I consistently have the worst experience. There’s more but hopefully this is enough for someone to learn from. After typing this up it has been closer to 30 minutes.
