I waited approximately 5 minutes and she did not ask for payment. She never looked at me or put her phone down. It confused me because I figured I was supposed to go to the next window. Do I went to the next window. At the next window the young man went to check on her and came back and said yes she is on her phone. The young man took my payment.

Not to mention everytime I come to this location the girl in drive thru is alwayssss playing and laughing in the speaker causing her to mess up orders and she doesn’t have any type of decorum when speaking to customers .
