  Ordered my food on Uber Eats. I’m only 10 minutes away. Once the driver gets there he waits 30 Minutes. The manager then tell him that they don’t have the item, I asked for a substitute. She tells the driver she can’t because the order has already been canceled. The order was still active. I called and asked her to cancel the order, she stated she doesn’t have my order. I contacted uber and they stated they couldn’t cancel my order because it was still live. The woman was extremely rude and too incompetent to be running a business. I will be sending a complaint to corporate first thing in the morning. All you had to do was cancel my order ma’am.

  The Manager here is very nasty and rude. I just was simply asking about a senior coffee, and she was very unresponsive and non-engaging. That’s horrible for a manager. And I’m a restaurant owner, who patronize this particular Micky Dees for 5 years. I hope and pray that upper management sees this review, and responds accordingly. She is an assistant Manager by the name of precilla. You should not be the face of a franchise, if you are not welcoming to your loyal customers. Thx
