  I ordered some food tonight and mind you this is the second time with the same staff different nights and both nights I've placed my orders and asked them to specifically box and bag them the way they are ordered like my two chulupa orders in there own boxes etc. An I asked for them to be made a certain way, well the cook he never does as asked made them all wrong and through everything in one bag 😡 and he left out a couple of things, if they would bag it accordingly and box it correctly he won't leave anything out😡 so sick of this location!!!

  I had bad feelings about this establishment in the first year or so, but I’m gonna go ahead and tell you that whoever the woman is in the drive-through at Night Shift needs a raise now. That woman is going above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and get what they need and if people aren’t happy after they leave there, then the only person to blame at that point is the people cooking the food but so far in the past few months, I’ve had nothing but the best experiences. I will continue to go back as long as that woman is in my drive-through being so freaking kind and polite. I might even have to come back to this review just to talk more about it because I swear to God I’ve never experienced such great service at a fast food establishment.. in a town full of little kids and teenagers running your drive-through this is like an oasis in a vast desert of inexperience and such.

  I eat here a few times a year. The service has never been great and the food is always hit and miss. Something in your order is always messed up. Over cooked missing something. The lady in the drive thru today was nice. But the food was very bad. I ordered a beef chalupa. It was over $5 with tax for just one! Very little beef or cheese. Mostly lettuce and tomato. The shell was so stale it was hard to chew. Like it was cooked hours ago. This location just can't get it's act together. Don't waist your time or money. And don't go in unless you want to do all the work of ringing up your own order and then waiting 20 min just to get you drink cup.

  They only get 1 star because the food was hot. From a service perspective they are in the negative. I ordered the Mexican pizza and taco supreme combo at the kiosk for dine-in because I saw a lady standing at the register and nobody would even make eye contact with her. Got my food, no utensils in the usual spot. Asked for some was told they were out. It's 12:05! How the heck you run out of utensils? I said y'all should probably post a sign letting people know you're out, how am I suppose to eat this (pizza)? The response I got was 'that's not my problem'. Went to fill up my drink, the tea on their menu was not even an option at the dispenser so I decided to try what they had. It came out nearly clear, I tasted it and it was like the mix was empty. Attempted to eat the pizza and it hasn't even cut and the sour cream I paid $0.85 for was a little blob the size of a quarter. The employee I had the misfortune of interacting with was incredibly rude. The fountain drink had empty items, no utensils. For this I paid $12.03. I would NOT recommend this location and will certainly not be returning.
