  Well, biscuit was cold this morning. Must have been sitting for a couple of hours. Last time, they gave me a sausage biscuit, instead of b, e, and cheese. This place just cannot get it together . At least they are more friendly lately.

  Everytime I get a chicken McMuffin they always put cheese on it even when I ask for no cheese. This morning (4/8/26) I was told, “it doesn’t come with cheese and I’ll make sure they don’t put any in it” well they lied.

  This is without the worst restaurant in Gray, GA. I haven't been here in over 2 years because of the bad service and the don't care attitude. Thought I would give it another chance, but found out by the way I was treated by the smart ___ at the window who wanted to argue with me about what I ordered, when I had someone in the vehicle with me that heard my order and agreed he was wrong. I called back up there to speak to someone in charge and she acted like it didn't matter. This is it for me. I will not go back, and I advise everyone else to stay away. This place is a joke!!!

  So no pennies. I will bring you some if your store is that poor. Also no packs of mayo. And want to round up from .51 cents to .55 cents what a crock. If you need pennies you can buy some from me. But when you were in school if it's less than halfway you round down not up. So with the number customers going through this same store they are getting $500.00 no tax profit really? Which works out to almost 6k per year on a 200 cash customer a day. Do the math.

  Food's okay, service us okay, but those employees were not taught about why you don't use the same mop head in the dining room & bathroom that they used in the kitchen. I have walking problems & the floors are so greasy & slick (and I walked in right after they'd gotten done cleaning the bathrooms!) that I damn near fell a half dozen times from the combination of oils & water on the floor. I will NEVER step foot into this place ever again since they don't care about the disabled people.
