- CCChasDec 10, 20252.0I tried calling SIX TIMES to tell them that I am pregnant and needed my meat to be cooked but no by picked up. I had to warm up my own turkey myself. And I know it is not busy enough in there to ignore 6 phone calls 🙄
- WAWilliam AllgaryAug 1, 20253.0I had to wait for one person to remove several trays of cooked bread from the oven,install it on cooling rack and then install new dough in the oven while the other employee stood there and watched instead of preparing the sandwiches for the people standing in front of me. A waste of my time! Then the said the store only had wheat and white and no other bread selections. Then out jalepeno peppers which was just refusal to get more for.my sandwiches. Poor service and availability of condiments for a tune of $27.00! I definely consider other food restraunts in Gray Ga. before stopping at this store in the future!
- JTJeff TylerJan 8, 20241.0This subway has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The girl with the nose ring is very rude and unprofessional. She should be fired. She argued with me about my order, over charged me, and when got home it was short. I called up there and for her name and too speak to the manager, and was told they were not to give out that information, they would have the manager call me, which has never happened. This will be my last time going there.
