When we were at the window they tried to give us the wrong bag and was asking if we ordered what was in the bag, while unloved digging and shifting everything in the bag. We had to go in and ask them where it was then waited an additional few minutes like they forgot.

There was barely that many customers but for the wait for a curbside to be ~24 mins is insane. I wanted to cancel the order but with the app they won’t allow you to cancel once the order has been “started”. After leaving my vehicle to come inside I tried to get the attention of a few workers to grab my order (which was in plain sight) and the one friendly guy (I think he was a cleaner) in there finally got them to give it to me.
