  I’ve ordered form this Pizza Hut TWICE and I have a bad experience each time. I order delivery and wait over an hour just to receive my food, but not only do I have to wait an hour. I wait ANOTHER 30 minutes just to have it picked up and delivered. They mess up orders and leave things out. 0/10 I would never recommend ordering from this establishment.

  At 10:30 i Placed an online order for delivery at 11:45, got a text saying door dash would be delivering my food at 12:30. The store verified this. Don't order anything from here if you need it to be on time. Doesn't matter how far in advance you order or that you use the pizza hut website, this store will pawn you off to doordash and delay the delivery of your order. No Bueno.

  Pizza Hut pickup is my love language. I place the order, show up, grab the box, and boom—happiness secured. The pizza is always hot, cheesy, and exactly what I ordered, which is honestly all I ask of adulthood at this point. The pickup process is fast, painless, and requires minimal human interaction (10/10). The staff is friendly, the timing is spot on, and my pizza is ready before my hunger turns into bad decisions. If you’re looking for reliable, no-drama pizza that shows up for you when you need it most, Pizza Hut pickup is undefeated. 🍕👏

  The first time I ordered from this location the food was horrible. A manager reached out to me and made the situation right, so when my children asked for pizza again at a later date, I figured I would give this location a try again because it's no way they can make the same mistake again. Well I was wrong, the pizza was extremely hard, burnt and cold. Could not even bite into the crust. The wings was so old and hard and they just used sauce to try to cover it up. It's no way they couldn't see this food was old and burnt and cold. Apparently they only care about getting it right when a manager makes them. I wouldn't waste my money again at this location. My kids would not eat that mess and it was a waste of money. Buy at your own risk. But shout out to that manager who tried to make things right the first time. She is great but her workers are not learning any lessons.
