Employees said to cancel the order though the app so I tried to cancel the order online but wouldn’t let me. So spent my money and didn’t get my food. Manager needs to get on top of their employees because they were very rude and didn’t want to help fix the problem.

The other biscuit that was ordered was so bad it was trashed. Paying for food you can't eat is what McDonald's has become. I will not be back.
