I am writing to formally report an unacceptable customer service experience that occurred during a recent visit to your location.
While waiting at the counter to pick up my order, I was completely ignored by the employee identified as “Sarette” (spelling may be incorrect). I had been standing there patiently while she finished assisting another customer. However, when a group of customers walked in behind me, she immediately acknowledged them and stated, “I’ll be with you soon,” without ever acknowledging my presence.
At no point did she greet me, apologize for the wait, or show any basic level of courtesy. The contrast in how she interacted with the group behind me versus how I was treated was noticeable and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be acknowledged and treated with professionalism and respect.
This experience was not only frustrating but also concerning. I would like a clear explanation as to why I was treated in this manner and what steps will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again to myself or other customers.
I will be escalating this matter to corporate, as this type of service does not reflect well on your brand or customer standards.
I look forward to your response.

The wings were great. They have a new flavor, Blueberry Thai, that is the BEST WING SAUCE I have had in my life. Sweet and tangy at the same time. We then had the pizza. Clearly (and I am a pizza snob) this is the best pizza in Gainesville. Tasty crust, perfect sauce to cheees ratio and generous toppings. That sounds simple but why can't any other place in Gainesville do this? The service was spot on and the atmosephere was fun and inviting. This is a hidden gem in downtown Gainesville.

Stopped in recently and had a really solid experience overall.
The staff stood out right away—friendly, attentive, and made everything feel easy without being overbearing.
The appetizers were a great start—everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and set the tone for the meal.
The smash burger was a highlight. Great flavor, well-cooked, and had that perfect balance of crispy edges and juiciness.
The pizza was also impressive—fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Good texture on the crust and consistent flavor throughout.
Overall, a strong spot with good food and great service. Definitely worth checking out.Stopped in recently and had a really solid experience overall.

The juicy cheeseburger was packed with flavor—melted cheese, fresh onions, and crispy fries on the side. The burger combo with fries and a drink was only $12.99—excellent value! Paired it with a crisp cucumber cocktail. The service was friendly and attentive, and the beer prices were excellent—Michelob Ultra for just $3.75 is an awesome deal! Solid portions and a cool vibe. Definitely recommend!
Fantastic family spot with delicious, hearty food!
We had an awesome lunch at Johnny’s Pizza recently, and it was exactly what we needed—great food, a welcoming vibe, and plenty to keep everyone happy.
The cheese pizza was a standout: a huge, crispy slice with that perfect golden, bubbly cheese pull and a flavorful sauce that tasted fresh and homemade. My wife couldn’t stop smiling while holding up her slice—it was clearly a hit!
On the burger side, the smash-style cheeseburger looked and tasted incredible. Juicy, caramelized beef patties with plenty of melted cheese, fresh red onions, and lettuce on a soft, toasted bun. Paired with a generous serving of crispy golden fries and a side of ranch or mayo packets, it was a classic done right.
We also dove into the blue Thai chicken wings—, sticky, and packed with flavor. They came with crisp celery sticks and a generous cup of creamy ranch for dipping. Everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The red drinks (sweet tea or soda?) in those big cups were the perfect refreshing touch.
The restaurant has a comfortable, casual feel with nice big windows letting in natural light. We especially loved seeing the sign supporting military and first responders—it’s always great to see local businesses showing appreciation like that.
Service was friendly, the portions were generous (we definitely had leftovers), and the whole family left full and satisfied. Whether you’re craving pizza, burgers, or wings, Johnny’s delivers on taste and value.
Highly recommend for families, date nights, or a quick, satisfying meal. We’ll definitely be back soon!
