  Our cashier was extremely rude. Kathryn H had the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. The place was not very busy but she acted as if we were a hassle. I witnessed an older gentlemen come in to order. She greeted him and when he told her what he wanted she rudely told him to put it in kiosk behind him. When he stated he didn’t know how to use it. She then placed his order on the kiosk for him instead of just entering it on the man register. Do better! The ice machine was empty and when I told her she didn’t correct the problem just ignored it. The cook in the back was the only employee paying attention.

  This Taco Bell might be the most unpredictable dining experience in North Georgia. Ordering here feels less like fast food and more like spinning a roulette wheel you never quite know what’s going to happen when you open the bag. I’m not expecting gourmet cuisine…it’s Taco Bell. But I do expect the basics: edible presentation, a decent attitude, and receiving something that at least resembles what I ordered. Instead, every visit feels like a late-night reality show where chaos is the main ingredient. The attitude at the speaker or the cash register can be very offensive, and the food often looks like it was assembled during a seizure. After about ten disappointing visits, I finally accepted that it wasn’t a bad night it’s just the normal experience at this specific location on Jessie Jewel Oddly enough, lunch seems to be a completely different universe. The few daytime visits were actually decent, which makes the nighttime drop-off even more impressive in the worst way. If you’re determined to roll the dice at lunch, you might get lucky. But for dinner, save yourself the mystery and drive to Taco Mac (in the same shopping area). Spend a few extra bucks (only $5 more) and enjoy a meal that doesn’t feel like a surprise box challenge. If this is a franchise store and you’re the owner, you should really look into what’s going on at night. For gods sake, with all you have riding on this store it should be running a lot better than it is.

  Takes forever to go through a drive thru. Even if one or two cars ahead, it will still take roughly 20 minutes.

  This place is the worst Taco Bell. It takes extremely way to long to get your food. If you are doing DoorDash or Uber Eats they are very rude. It usually takes about an hour to get your order even though the person had placed the order way in advance. It’s the worst location!! It’s not just me, I’ve met multiple people that have had the same experience at this location especially at night!!

  The food was sort of bland, and wasn't very warm. But the lady in the drive-thru was very kind!
