    35 min to get to order. Then have to use a robot to order. Another 20 min to get to the window. Then ask what my order was and still doesnt give me all my food. What a surprise

    Don't bother service is awful go any where else 10 mins no one here then staff gets mad when ask for your money back cause your food is sitting getting cold. just go somewhere else

    If I could leave 0 stars i would! Literally the worst taco bell ive ever been to. The drive thru has an AI robot taking your order. Always messes up. Then if you get a human on the intercom, there Literally 10x worse and can see why they are using an robot. Wait time is so long, just for your food to be either wrong or poorly thrown together. Then when you try to have the issue corrected, staff is extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. There obviously is a lack of management. Definitely will be contacting corporate.

    The credit for the outstanding customer service is for both the management and the staff. This location is by far the best compared to the other 2 locations in Gainesville, GA. I say this because the food is great, no skinny tacos here. The burritos actually look like burritos. And the best thing is their fountain drink machines actually hace carbonation.😇
