  If you enjoy wasting 45 minutes of your life for a simple order, then congratulations — this Taco Bell is your personal amusement park. I tried giving them one more chance tonight, ordered at the kiosk, stayed patient… and somehow they still managed to not make my food. After 30 minutes of waiting for an order that should take five, I finally asked for a refund. That took another 15 minutes because apparently managing time is a foreign concept here. And the best part? As I’m getting my refund, I hear them just then calling out my order — 45 minutes later — like they suddenly remembered they work in fast food, not fine dining. The staff moves at the speed of a frozen Baja Blast. The management? Completely incompetent. Instead of actually leading or helping during a rush, they’d rather argue about nonsense while orders stack up and customers stare at an empty counter. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere. This location is the definition of “you had one job.”

  They don’t even take your order inside anymore- if I wanted a job working at Taco Bell I would apply for one - it should be a choice not a requirement to use the kiosk. Very disappointing

  I went through the Drive-through and ordered a breakfast Crunchwrap. The food was HOT and delicious and Audrea, who was nothing but smiles and good cheer as soon as she opened the window, she answered my questions about my order. Thank you Audrea for being so nice!

  First time inside and last time if I have to do my own order they should give a discount. I am not a food service person.

  the nuggets suck so bad now they are so tiny they should be considered popcorn chicken and they are so dry and burnt that i couldn’t eat any of them the inside was like rubber
