  I believe he said his name was Vert, was not only very helpful in trying to navigate issues I had with Uber eats. He saw I was at the end of my rope after some exhausting travel and repeated poor experience with them and approached in a very human way to help turn my day around in a way that gave me some leverage against my day. Thank you sir for a sense of community, even when I wasn't from yours.

  6:30 p.m. December 3rd 2025. Subway at 1640 candler road Gainesville Georgia worst possible service imaginable! Placed an order online for tuna melt sandwiches but there's no way to indicate to make sure sandwiches are toasted. Tried calling the phone number listed where you place the order and it rings into Infinity. Get there to pick up expected toasted sandwiches. Asked The only employee on duty, if sandwiches were toasted and he told me no because it was not on the order. I explained we tried to call number listed online regarding the order and there's no answer. The employee advised this location doesn't have a phone number. The employee refused to toast the sandwiches because it's not what it says on the online order. The employee said he contacted the manager and reported that the manager said he can't toast them. I told him I wanted a refund. He said have to get a refund in the app. The order wasn't placed in the app. There's nowhere online to request a refund. The store will not give a refund nor toast the dang sandwiches. I asked for the managers contact information. The employee advised me that the manager told him not to give me her name or contact information. The employee hid in the back for 20 minutes avoiding having to provide a solution. The employee still refused to toast the sandwiches because it didn't say so on the order. I advised them that I will be contacting corporate with my complaints and registering all negative reviews in all possible places. The employee just shrugged his shoulders. So he protected his manager but his manager threw him under the bus to take the heat. Congratulations Subway and The scaredy cat spineless manager at this location for providing the most pathetic customer experience possible.

  December 3rd, 2025 10:00 am. Young white lady making subs, worst attitude I’ve even seen at a subway. Remarks like “what”and “here”as if I were her friend or something. Had the worst and dullest look in her face. She was definitely not having it, why idk? Such bad vibes, I just threw the sub away. Utter disgust.

  If I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD. I placed an order online. Have the order number and what it is supposed to be. I walk in the rude little boy behind the counter says "we didn't get a ticket so I can't make it" I said I have the order number and I can tell you what it's supposed to be. He then tells me no he can't do that. He can not make it without a ticket. I can cancel my order in the app. FYI!!!! I DON'T WANT TO CANCEL IT. I WANT THE SANDWICHES THAT SAY THEY ARE READY IN THE APP FROM THIS STORE THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!. He gets rude says to bad I can't. I will say this is when I got rude back. I said well you better give me my money back. It came out of my bank and I'm not leaving until it is back. He can't do that either. I said well better get a manager then because I am not leaving until you make my sandwiches or get my money back. He said you can stand there all night I don't care then walked in the back. So no money and no sandwich! This is not the first time I have had poor service or not sandwich but it has been a while thought we would try again! DON'T DO IT. DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP FROM HERE! You have to file a claim with the bank in order to get your money back because you can not call subway and get anyone to help with it or in the online complaint is an email and I am still waiting to hear back from the incident 4 months ago. So save your time and money.... don't buy from this subway!
