- BHBritney HughesNov 10, 20251.0charged me $3.40 for bacon per sandwich. which is completely fine. I paid online when I placed my order. I ordered two sandwiches with bacon. so almost $7.00 for bacon that wasn't on either sandwich. When I called the store to find out what they could do to make this right, I was met with rude pushback without offering a solution. The CHILD whom I spoke with said I could make a complaint. I told him that’s not necessary, I just want either a refund, new sandwiches or a discount on my next order. He then told me he wasn’t dealing with me and got a manager. laughable because I was calm as a cucumber just trying to have them right their wrong. The manager said he would handle my now complaint against the CHILD and offered me a discount for my next visit. there won’t be a next visit. no wonder there is a permanent help wanted sign on the door.

You should at a minimum turn off online ordering if your store has one single employee managing it all. Ordered through the app. Arrived at my designated time and order wasn’t ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes before I was told that my order wouldn’t be started until the line of waiting customers was done (line nearly going out the door). At this point, my lunch break was over and I was unable to wait. I did not receive my food and did not even have the option to get a refund in the store. Hoping I get one via the online form I submitted. I want to be clear—THIS IS AN OWNER/MANAGEMENT ISSUE. Your one employee is NOT at fault for this. He was barely treading water. Shame on your establishment for putting an employee in that situation.
