She seemed aggravated that we came in to begin with (we were the only customers in the store , and I now see why). I told her I had recently joined the Sub Club and asked if you just scan the code as you order. She looked at me like I was stupid and asked my husband, "Do YOU know how to use a computer?" Apparently SHE doesn't know how to use some basic manners. She appeared to be somewhat impaired by some substance. We will not be back to Subway. Thanks to Jennifer, they lost two customers today.
