  Place looks a lot better in here, but it would be nice to enjoy a meal if they didn’t let these young girls come in here and use this place as a playhouse. They have to be young teenagers, putting their hands all in the lids, playing with the ice, being extremely loud, making videos. Seems like they make know the young worker. This should not be allowed. This is a business, not a playhouse. Food is still good, but the atmosphere is always awful.

  I recently visited the revamped lunch bar at Pizza Hut and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The salad bar had very limited options and was not stocked — we had to ask for items to be refilled. There wasn’t even cheese pizza available until we requested it, and we also had to ask for forks. It appeared that only two employees were working, which likely contributed to the lack of organization and slow restocking. While the staff seemed to be doing their best, the overall experience did not reflect a “revamped” lunch bar. I hope management addresses staffing and consistency, because the concept has potential — but this visit did not meet expectations.

  I will not go to pizza hut again. Tried the dine in. No menu no service had to order on the counter. The pizza was in a box in the seating area. No plates nothing available. The service was extremely poor. After ordering, the pizza took a whopping 40 minutes and it was luke warm. A very disappointing experience compared to other pizza huts.

  New manager is really trying hard to make this a great restaurant. He had more pizzas made for the buffet because what was left wasn't what I wanted. He is genuine and doing a great job to teach staff how to make this a great place for customers to come eat. He is actively training them during their shift and making it known that the customers are most important. It is nice to hear a manager talk about pleasing customer over hitting numbers. Highly recommend this place under the new management and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

  Out of 5 delivery drivers that I picked up from this store, only one was ready when I got here. Rest took 30+ minutes. My girlfriend just came to pick it up for Grubhub, and the customer says she's the 4th driver, has been waiting for 2+ hours, and his order was previously canceled. Arrived at the store and the pizza has been just put in the oven. So someone clearly stole the food and the restaurant doesn't want to admit it.
