  If I could write a review with 0 stars I would. My mother is a Doordash Driver and she was at the store working. Picking up two separate orders. The employee (tall white man with a beard) was extremely rude to her. He screamed at her and did not let her pick up both orders. Not only does this have financial consequences for her, delays for your customers, but also the racism she experienced was at another level. JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE LESS OF A PERSON I know Customer Service and fast food is a hard job. I worked at a pizza place myself, but be nicer. You never know what the other person is going through in life and we are al humans trying to make a living. Don’t work at Customer Service place if you suck at the service part. Btw I called the store to speak with a manager and no one answered my call. I hope that man has the life he deserves.

  Worst Pizza Hut anywhere. Don’t even place the order. It’ll be wrong, they won’t care. Want a refund? No, forget it. We don’t care. Seriously they should just close this location.

  UPDATE: (3-4 days later or more)HUGE REMINDER as to why we stopped ordering from Pizza Hut years ago. Finally got an email response from Pizza Hut. Their solution was to print out their very vague email to the manager who will “take care of it”. THATS A HUGE NO THANK YOU when they couldn’t get a single thing right. Save yourselves the trouble of ordering from here. Management said they would “look into it and give us a response in 2-3 business days.” We ordered two pizzas, one was disgusting due to being undercooked and not fully cut. The other pizza had the wrong toppings even though the receipt they gave us had the ingredients we ordered listed on it. Would give minus 2 stars if I could. They messed up BOTH pizzas!

  Manager on duty is very rude. Poor service. I think he forgets that if it wasn't for customers that he wouldn't be in business. There is no room for rude nasty behavior in the restaurant business. Never again will I return. I also observed the Manager being hateful to a doordash driver who had attempted to pick up an order he was assigned and refused to give him the orders since there was 2 of them. Then said it would be another 20 minutes for 1 order of 1 pizza. Simply inexcusable attitude.
