  Always something wrong. Went up to order in drive through, no one on the other side. Another car pulls up yo the other drive through lane and instantly gets greeted. Fix your broken crap

  I placed my online order for breakfast at 10:20 and I got there at a little late like at 10:35 because of traffic and all the employees and managers told me they can’t give me my breakfast order anymore because I was now lunch time and I could just cancel the order online or replace it for a lunch item, I go online to cancel it and the app won’t let me because the order was already processed. I go to the window and talk to a manger about my situation and they said all they can do is give me a lunch item because all they had was hash browns. So basically placed my breakfast order which was proceed and taken out of my account just to arrive and say they cannot give it to me anymore because I am 5 minutes late after they made the order? And proceed to tell me all they had was hash browns? Are you kidding me. I didn’t even mention how the employees started raising their voice at me after I told them I couldn’t cancel it.

  This place was absolutely filthy. All the sodas were flat and the tea tasted old. The bathroom smelt awful so I wasn’t even able to use the restroom. All the tables had crumbs on them from the previous customers. My nuggets were soggy and the grease from the patty made the bun on my burger soggy. Overall this place was not worth my money and needs some cleaning.

  I went to buy breakfast for my kids they mest up my order when I arrived to the hospital I realized I tried to call the store to let them know and when I was explaining the problem to the lady she hung up on me and they did not answer the phone again. SO UN PROFESIONAL!

  To many times I have came to this location and was shorted on my fries. If I pay for a large fry I should get a large fry. Stop ripping people off. Especially when fries are the mark of Mcdonald's. How does a company say they having price good prices but missing on the fries. Granted it's based on shifts and who leads it. They need to pay attention. I know if I come in and asked anyone of the works there or anywhere mostly would not give me 2 dollars off my fires and should have the same energy when it comes to other people's money. Just make sure the fries are all there. Also they need to work on there knowledge about the app. I had to got to 2 different locations to find out that I couldnt use my code because the system is not letter anyone use their deals to get the points. Two times I was told that we can use the rewards points then when I did use it as long as it was not breakfast they its good. I just had to wait 20 mins of what I didnt have time for just to wait. Get it together. I'm not entitled until I pay. But dang it would be nice to get my breakfast and point like I normally do.
